Bay Area Teens Share Their Experiences Struggling with Anxiety, Depression
For one week in the spring, KQED opens its airwaves to student-produced content from classrooms around the Bay Area in a segment called Youth Takeover. In this 52-minute podcast, KQED’s Forum talks with Bay Area high school students about mental health and whether they agree with research that links the increase in anxiety and depression to academic pressure and social media use.
Listen to the podcast on the KQED website. Additional Youth Takeover audio segments are also available.
