After absorbing the resources, join us for a live Talk About It discussion/Q&A led by CHC experts. We will start as a full PK12 group with the CHC panel and then breakout into divisional specific groups to continue the conversation with a CHC expert. We hope you’ll walk away feeling encouraged with practical strategies you can use with your kids to build stamina and resilience.

Guiding Questions
- Our resilience is not affected by events so much as it is by our reaction to those events. How are you coping with the constant change and uncertainty we are facing? What coping strategies do you use (or can you use) to help?
