As a parent right now you are working to support your child with distance learning, and you’re also realizing how important the social emotional piece of learning is. Learn about how important social emotional learning is and how you can best support your child at home. 
Our final theme in the Back-to-School Blues series, how to take care of yourself (when you’re too busy taking care of everyone else), is arguably the most important. We all know that if the primary caregiver isn’t doing OK then no one is. But there is still so much laundry to get done and so many things we’d rather do than meditate. 
Theme four in our Back-to-School Blues series, how to find joy (amidst the mayhem), reminds us of what’s important in life and that it’s OK to eat cake for breakfast. (OK, I just made that last part up).
